Here at Drogheda Institute of Further Education we offer learners both young and mature a wide range of units designed to provide comprehensive education and training for those wishing to pursue careers in the Beauty and Holistic industry. The world's foremost international beauty qualifications are offered thus making graduates highly employable both in Ireland and abroad. Learners will become qualified Beauty Therapists and employable after one year. Many learners complete two years, qualifying as Beauty and Holistic Therapists. One of our main objectives here in DIFE is to ensure our graduates meet industry demands and are ready for employment upon completing our courses.

Progression and Career Options:

Graduates may find employment as Beauty and Holistic Therapists in Beauty Salons, Leisure Centres, Cruise Liners, Pharmacies, Department Stores, Makeup and Skin Consultants, Hotels and Spas, as Mobile therapists, Salon Owners or in Beauty Journalism. Further study can lead to careers in Theatre and Film Makeup or as a Nail Technologist.
