No.7 Beauty Company
In May 2021, No7 Beauty Company launched the UK’s first CIBTAC-endorsed skincare training programme for beauty advisors; Skin School. Created by the company’s Global Beauty Academy, the education programme has been developed in partnership with No7 Beauty Company scientists and industry experts including The University of Manchester and aesthetician and founder of Black Skin Directory, Dija Ayodele.
Reflecting No7 Beauty Company’s commitment to making beauty accessible and affordable for everyone, the comprehensive training programme was created to ensure that No7 and Liz Earle beauty advisors have a uniquely rich and deep understanding of skin’s physiology and the needs of all skin types, regardless of age, ethnicity and differing skin concerns. Our advisors are now equipped to provide scientifically based, personalised advice for customers to ensure their individual skin and beauty needs are answered. The ground-breaking training programme has been given to all No7 and Liz Earle beauty advisors. Training modules include the needs of different skin tones, menopausal skin, and how to support the beauty needs of those living with cancer, developed in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support.
We are the very first beauty brand on the High Street to provide advisors with a CIBTAC endorsed Skin School Programme, developing our very own Skin Expert Graduates as a result of this intensive and incredibly knowledge-enriching programme.
This programme is set to be the first of many CIBTAC Endorsed training programmes for beauty advisors across both Liz Earle Beauty Company and No7. If you too share a passion on skin and enriching your knowledge, growing your skills, expertise and service excellence, you may just be the person to join our team at No7 Beauty Company.
